Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If FundedEA Algo is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the 7-day window:

• Email support@fundedea-algo.com with your purchase details (name and order/email used), or
• Message us on our Telegram.

Please include a brief note on why the product wasn't a fit. It helps us improve.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider (Explodely). Processing times depend on the provider and your bank, typically a few business days.

4. Conditions & Exceptions

• Refund requests made after the 7-day period are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions (for example, redistributing or reselling the software).
• This guarantee covers the FundedEA Algo product purchase only. It does not cover third-party costs such as broker fees, VPS, or prop firm challenge fees.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first. We're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to the product and related services.
