These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FundedEA Algo website, software and services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

1. Description of Service

FundedEA Algo provides automated trading software (an "Expert Advisor" / EA) for the MetaTrader platform, together with related settings, tools and educational materials. The product is sold as a digital product with the access described at the time of purchase.

Not financial advice. We are neither a brokerage nor a prop firm, and we do not provide trading accounts. Our software is not affiliated with or sponsored by any prop firm mentioned on the Site. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. We are not licensed financial advisors.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any results, screenshots or examples shown are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any profit, income, or that you will pass any prop firm challenge or remain funded. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, accounts and outcomes.

4. License & Acceptable Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own accounts.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit the software.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker and any prop firm you use.

5. Payments

Purchases are one-time payments processed by our third-party provider (Explodely). Prices, offers and bonuses may change at any time. Applicable taxes may apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding and materials are owned by FundedEA Algo or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a license to use them, not ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedEA Algo and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the software or Site, including any software bugs, glitches or malfunctions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold FundedEA Algo and its owners harmless from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your use of the products or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the products.

11. Legal Compliance

You confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and use our products in your jurisdiction. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations is your responsibility.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
